What is the $50 Ad Credit for?
For our premium plans ($500 and above), Tiny Dragon House takes $50 and
pays Meta (Facebook/Instagram) directly to target customers in your specific neighborhood. We
manage the tech setup, so you get the customers without the headache.
Are there any hidden monthly fees?
No. We believe in honest pricing for businesses. The $100 and $500 packages
are one-time fees. The $120 package is a yearly fee for hosting. We believe in clear costs.
Do I need to be good with technology?
Not at all. That is our job. You run your shop, and we handle the coding,
the servers, and the uploads. We make it as easy as replying to a WhatsApp message.
How long does it take to finish?
For websites, we aim for a 3-5 day turnaround. For video production, we
prioritize quality and care over speed. Typically, we deliver the final, polished edits within
approximately 2 weeks. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we will always be
transparent with you about the timeline before we start.
Do I own the website and domain name?
Yes. Even though we manage it for you, the domain name is registered in
your name or transferred to you if you ever decide to leave. We believe you should own your
digital assets.
What if I don't have good photos for the $100
plan?
No problem! We can use high-quality stock footage that matches your
industry, or guide you on how to take simple, effective photos with your phone that we can
polish during editing.
Can you manage my social media account for me?
Yes. While our standard packages are for content creation, our
Dragon Takeover ($570) plan includes us publishing the content directly to your
TikTok or Instagram account so you don't have to lift a finger.
